What is the difference between,,

Whilst the submitter is OFF then clicking on an offer will automatically submit a request to be paid for this offer.
This actually saves time for members who wish to complete as many offers as they can within a very short time, as we save them time by making this simple and short.
Basically when the submitter is off clicking on an offer will automatically submit it, the only thing you need to do is to complete that offer.

If the submitter is ON then you would be given an option to submit a request to be paid for an offer once you complete it and close its window.
This option works well for members who have no rush and don't want to fill their Earnings Page with many requests of payments for offers they might haven't completed
